The Challenge: Brand Architecture Scaling
Brand Architecture Scaling The core objective was to transform a singular visual identity based on existing assets—a mascot and a lamp—into a comprehensive, multi-channel brand ecosystem. The challenge lay in maintaining visual consistency while expanding the illustrative style into diverse commercial sectors, including packaging, logistics services, and customer retention programs.
Packaging System: CBDjinn Oil
CBDjinn I developed a scalable packaging architecture for the flagship CBDjinn Oil line, focusing on the 15ml bottle and its secondary tube packaging. The layout balances the brand's illustrative character with the clarity required for pharmaceutical-grade products.

Service Design & Loyalty
To drive customer retention, I structured the visual assets for Djinn's Club, a loyalty program designed to incentivize engagement through branded membership cards and exclusive tiers. Expanding the service design into logistics, I developed the identity for Need for Green, a direct-to-consumer delivery service. This included a dedicated logomark and a dynamic key visual featuring a stylized pickup truck, effectively translating the brand's static imagery into a mobility context.


Lifestyle Extension: Chill & Heal
The ecosystem was further broadened into lifestyle merchandise and educational materials. Under the auxiliary Chill & Heal motif, I designed a suite of supporting assets, including the Szata Djinna rolling papers, promotional stickers, and infographics. This ensured that every consumer touchpoint, from unboxing to daily usage, reinforced the master brand's narrative.


Impact
The project successfully transformed a static visual identity into a versatile lifestyle brand capable of operating across multiple touchpoints. By establishing a unified design language that bridges physical packaging, service logistics, and community incentives, the system strengthened brand recognition and enabled seamless expansion into new market verticals. The integrated approach to the loyalty program and merchandise significantly deepened consumer engagement, evolving the business from a simple retailer into a cohesive, community-driven ecosystem.
